Artist Incube is an artistic creation support project that was launched with the hope that it would be a place of expression that would help young artists who are passionate about pursuing what they love and want to make it big in the world of music or art to further their growth. From my experience in managing a music college, I felt that it would be good to provide young musicians, especially those who have just graduated, with a place to perform and an opportunity to meet others, and to support and encourage their growth, even if only just a little, so that they can become musicians who can play an active role on the world stage in the future.

Artist Incube was also born from the desire to "deliver the gifts of music and art in an intimate salon-like space." For us, the audience, concerts in large halls are wonderful, but I can't help but feel that there is a renewed need for a salon-like setting where performers and audiences can feel each other's breathing in the same space.

With a focus on classical music, we also offer a wide range of music, including jazz and opera, and even collaborations with art. We aim to offer free, intimate salon-style concerts that transcend the boundaries of genre and convey the artist's own thoughts and appeal. Performers, creators, listeners, and viewers all resonate together. If only there was a place like that.

People with the same passion come together and collaborate. Starting with a small first step in Daikanyama in the spring of 2026, we hope to share a moment when music and art resonate and connect hearts. Together with young performers and artists, and with the audience, we hope to nurture the seeds of a new culture from here.

In the future, I also hope that Artist Incube can become a platform for "co-creation" and a support system for people who want to express themselves.

With an eye towards this future, Artist Incube is beginning to take small, quiet steps.
